Jennifer Gullett has a decade of specialized experience in construction management and project controls. She brings deep expertise in schedule development, maintenance, and analysis across diverse sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, and healthcare—serving both public and private clients.

Jennifer excels at conducting constructability reviews and collaborates closely with general contractors and subcontractors to build reliable baseline schedules. Her extensive knowledge of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) standards forms the foundation of her work in schedule updates and time impact analysis, ensuring projects remain on track and claims are accurately assessed.

A trusted advisor in project planning, cost analysis, scheduling, delay and acceleration evaluation, as well as the impact of late and/or excessive changes and productivity losses, Jennifer delivers strategic insights that help clients navigate complex project challenges. She began her career with a strong focus on government contracts and has continued to successfully lead both government and commercial projects.

Provides more than 15 years of experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation support across the A/E/C industry including expert witness testimony on construction-related claims involving cost, schedule, and productivity issues. Jesus has more than 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. He has expertise in proactive and forensic project controls including project assessment and management, cost estimating, project planning, and scheduling. Jesus has worked with law firms, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and insurance carriers, and has provided analysis and testimony in arbitration and court proceedings relating to construction disputes involving the quantification of damages, cost of repair, changed work, delay, disruption, and productivity issues.

37+ years of project management experience in diverse industries gaining expertise in cost/schedule development, analysis, and managing internal/external interfaces. Suzie Gragg has over 37 years of project management, project controls, estimating, and conceptual engineering experience in upstream (onshore and offshore) drilling and facilities, petrochemical, LNG facilities, natural gas transmission pipelines, power generation, and telecommunication industries. She has been instrumental in construction projects needing delay assessment, gap analysis, and development of project controls and corresponding schedules. With her robust experience in monitoring and managing complex domestic and international projects, Suzie has exemplified her skills and expertise in cost engineering, claims analysis, contract administration, and procurement.

Cara draws on her experience from diverse domestic projects at a legacy firm, skillfully showcasing specialties in construction management, schedule management, and cost estimating within her current project portfolio. Her technical expertise includes contract management, procurement, and team member training. Cara’s vast project experience with healthcare facilities, federal needs, offices, hotels, and residential mixed-use buildings has allowed her to expand her skills in developing and managing scopes of work, punch lists, developing schedules, and analyzing documents and proposals.

25+ years of experience in system implementation as an Information Technology professional which includes expertise in software selection and training, business process documentation, Procore, Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft 365. Joe has over 25 years of experience in the training and implementation of enterprise systems – 20 of those years include experience specifically operating within the construction industry. His knowledge encompasses system selection, process discovery and documentation, writing custom manuals, configuration, and training. Joe also leverages his experience in needs analysis and course design for targeted, role-based training. Throughout his career, Joe has managed the implementation of new systems on over 600 projects in all sectors of the construction industry, many of which required the integration of one or more systems. Recent accomplishments include Joe’s design and delivery of the first Procore courses at the Dallas College Construction Education Foundation.
