Jennifer Gullett has a decade of specialized experience in construction management and project controls. She brings deep expertise in schedule development, maintenance, and analysis across diverse sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, and healthcare—serving both public and private clients.

Jennifer excels at conducting constructability reviews and collaborates closely with general contractors and subcontractors to build reliable baseline schedules. Her extensive knowledge of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) standards forms the foundation of her work in schedule updates and time impact analysis, ensuring projects remain on track and claims are accurately assessed.

A trusted advisor in project planning, cost analysis, scheduling, delay and acceleration evaluation, as well as the impact of late and/or excessive changes and productivity losses, Jennifer delivers strategic insights that help clients navigate complex project challenges. She began her career with a strong focus on government contracts and has continued to successfully lead both government and commercial projects.
