RARITHA JOSHY, CSI

Associate Consultant

Strong ability to manage complex projects and conduct detailed constructability reviews, while maintaining effective collaboration with all project stakeholders.

Raritha has seven years’ experience in various roles within the built industry. Her technical expertise spans architectural design, project management, constructability assessments, VDC, and site logistics across many sectors including healthcare, high-rise residential, resort, and mixed-use developments. She excels in managing MEP scopes, scheduling values, procurement processes, and performing constructability reviews. She collaborates effectively with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and project owners to ensure projects are delivered successfully and with seamless communication.

Raritha’s skills in project controls are evidenced by her proficiency in generating time impact analyses following USACE guidelines and maintaining bi-weekly schedule updates. She has a strong track record in managing complex projects and is proficient in coordinating MEP trades and designing wall and ceiling systems for both traditional and prefabricated drywall finishes, with no need for on-site coordination.

During construction, Raritha helps projects move towards successful completion with developing baseline schedules by examining phasing plans, performing updates incorporating as-built data, and regularly modifying these schedules. Her ability to analyze changes to the critical and near-critical paths as well as review and adjust the forecasted schedule make her a vital member of the project team. On the forensic side, her natural curiosity is an asset when examining documents including contracts, schedules, daily reports, change orders, and RFIs to identify key project issues and assist in resolving the claim.

Her career is driven by a diverse skillset and a constant desire to gain in-depth knowledge of the construction process, enabling her to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The early career experience she gained as an assistant project manager for a ground-up apartment complex and as project engineer intern for a $95 million utility scale solar project has enabled her to quickly grasp the perspectives of stakeholders.
