Sharanya Reddy

Sharanya Reddy is an Associate Consultant at Peritia Partners, specializing in project controls, CPM scheduling, and forensic delay analysis for complex construction projects. She plays a key role in developing and maintaining baseline schedules, performing schedule updates, and analyzing project data to provide clients with clear and actionable insights related to schedule longest paths, delays and time impact analyses. Her expertise in construction management, risk assessment, and dispute resolution helps project teams stay on track and mitigate potential scheduling challenges.

Sharanya first joined Peritia Partners as an intern while completing her Master’s in Engineering Management at Northeastern University. During her internship, she gained hands-on experience in baseline schedule development, schedule updates, and forensic delay analysis, working closely with senior consultants. After successfully completing her degree, she returned to Peritia as a full-time Associate Consultant, bringing her strong analytical skills and technical expertise to the team.

Prior to Peritia, Sharanya worked as a Project Coordinator, where she managed construction schedules, subcontractor coordination, and cost forecasting. She developed and maintained project timelines using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel, ensuring efficient sequencing of engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Additionally, she applied value engineering techniques to optimize project performance while maintaining cost control.

Sharanya holds a Master’s in Engineering Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PES University. She is proficient in CPM scheduling, schedule risk analysis, and forensic schedule reviews, leveraging advanced software tools to support clients in navigating project challenges.
