Since our founding in 2020, we have doubled our team, expanded our services, and completed nearly 200 projects, establishing ourselves as leaders in the field.
Peritia is a boutique construction consulting firm providing expertise in construction management, helping clients mitigate and manage uncertainty and disputes on major projects in the A/E/C industry. We are known for our hands-on approach, amassing trust with owners, developers, contractors, engineers, and legal teams as they plan, build, and protect their projects. We work collaboratively to create solutions through construction advisory and proactive and forensic project controls including planning and scheduling, cost estimating, and expert witness testimony.
