Berkshire is part of a three-phase development plan in the Alliance Area of North Fort Worth, Texas. The community offers luxurious living with upscale amenities including a clubhouse with gaming tables and a speak-easy style bar, a state-of-the-art business center, and a contemporary demonstration kitchen. Outdoor features include a two-story fitness center, private garages, dog park, pet grooming station, resort-style pool with fountain splash pads, car wash, and second-floor roof deck with an outdoor kitchen area.
Peritia played a key role in planning and scheduling for the Berkshire project. Our experts ensured smooth coordination between contractors and subcontractors through extensive pull-planning sessions. By utilizing Primavera P6 scheduling software using CPM scheduling techniques, we created a detailed baseline schedule that acted as a roadmap for the project. Regular bi-weekly updates were provided to monitor progress. In addition, Peritia’s experts provided valuable oversight by monitoring progress, tracking key milestones, and analyzing schedule gains/slippage. This proactive approach enabled our client, Provident General Contractors, to remain aware of the project timeline and quickly address any issues that could affect timely completion.
