Chase Hill

Chase Hill La Cantera is a luxurious residential complex comprising of 370 high-end units with a wide range of resort-style amenities that aim to enhance the daily living experience of its residents. The community center is the highlight of the complex, featuring a two-story fitness center equipped with a yoga room, multiple Wi-Fi lounges, a media room, and a gourmet kitchen and bar area. In addition, outdoor amenities are available, such as a well-designed dog park with a grooming station and a poolside lounge that includes private cabanas overlooking the adjacent golf course.

Peritia was responsible for managing the complex planning and scheduling requirements for Chase Hill La Cantera. Our experts led pull-planning sessions with our client, Provident General Contractors’ subcontractors, to develop a highly coordinated plan of construction. Given the project’s multi-level site complexity, which included split-level retaining walls between slabs, we recommended the use of advanced Primavera P6 scheduling software using CPM scheduling techniques to create a robust baseline schedule. This comprehensive approach ensured that every aspect of the construction process was accounted for in detail, from foundation work to final finishes. Regular schedule updates were used to monitor progress, where we provided oversight through progress reporting, key milestone tracking, and meticulous analysis of schedule gains/slippage.
