Delta Manor

SHARED RESOURCE MANAGEMENT WITH NEIGHBORING DEVELOPMENTS CRITICAL TO DELIVERY

Overview

Delta Manor is a 160-unit, garden-style apartment community in northern Beaumont, Texas. All apartments feature chef-inspired kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, 9′ ceilings, open-concept layouts, and a private al fresco-style patio. Offering 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom options, Delta Manor’s units range from 754 to 1,015 square feet. This apartment community is just a short drive from Lamar University and downtown Beaumont and features communal amenities such as a clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, pool, business center, dog park, and grilling stations.

Under the directive of Provident General Contractors, Peritia undertook pull planning sessions alongside the project’s contractor and subcontractors. This joint effort was pivotal in crafting a cohesive construction plan and integrating Primavera P6 scheduling software using CPM scheduling techniques to establish the project’s baseline schedule. Peritia’s specialists conducted regular schedule updates, overseeing progress reporting, tracking key milestones, and managing schedule adjustments. Throughout the project, it became evident that labor resources for the Delta Manor project were concurrently utilized for two neighboring developments overseen by the client.
