Provident General Contractors brought on Peritia’s team to spearhead the planning and scheduling efforts for The Nash, Phase II beginning with orchestrating pull planning sessions with contractors and subcontractors to develop a coordinated plan of construction. Utilizing advanced Primavera P6 scheduling software using CPM scheduling techniques, our experts meticulously crafted a detailed baseline schedule, encompassing every aspect of the project lifecycle, from procurement efforts to turnover activities. Bi-weekly schedule updates served as a cornerstone of progress monitoring with our team providing diligent oversight through progress reporting, key milestone tracking, and meticulous analysis of schedule gains/slippage.
