Retained by Provident General Contractors, Peritia led the planning and scheduling efforts for Vidorra and conducted pull planning sessions with subcontractors to develop a meticulously coordinated plan of construction. Leveraging advanced Primavera P6 scheduling software using CPM scheduling techniques, our team crafted a detailed baseline schedule laying the groundwork for efficient project execution. Bi-weekly schedule updates provided comprehensive oversight, allowing our scheduling experts to track progress, report key milestones, and analyze schedule gains/slippage with precision.
