Lindsey Hermes is an Associate Consultant at Peritia Partners with more than seven years of experience in the construction industry. Her expertise includes construction cost estimating, project management, claims analysis, and insurance-related restoration projects for both commercial and residential properties. She performs cost estimating and construction cost analyses related to claims and disputes, providing assessments of damages, contracts, and claim impacts. At Peritia, she conducts site inspections, takeoff estimations, document reviews, engineering analysis estimation, report preparation, and cost analyses associated with repairs and structural deterioration. She also performs detailed analyses of contracts, invoicing, expert reports, and project documentation.

Prior to joining Peritia Partners, Lindsey Hermes served as a Construction Project Manager for Paul Davis Restoration and Brizo Construction, where she managed insurance-related construction projects, supervised subcontractors, prepared estimates, coordinated with insurance adjusters, and oversaw restoration and rehabilitation efforts across multiple states. Her experience also includes disaster recovery and housing inspection assignments supporting FEMA and state recovery programs following hurricanes and other catastrophic events. Throughout her career, she has worked on claims involving fire, water, mold, asbestos, roofing, foundation damage, construction defects, and disaster-related losses, providing estimating, inspection, and project management services from initial assessment through project closeout.

Jesus has more than 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. He has expertise in proactive and forensic project controls including project assessment and management, cost estimating, project planning, and scheduling. Jesus has worked with law firms, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and insurance carriers, and has provided analysis and testimony in arbitration and court proceedings relating to construction disputes involving the quantification of damages, cost of repair, changed work, delay, disruption, and productivity issues.

Suzie Gragg has over 37 years of project management, project controls, estimating, and conceptual engineering experience in upstream (onshore and offshore) drilling and facilities, petrochemical, LNG facilities, natural gas transmission pipelines, power generation, and telecommunication industries. She has been instrumental in construction projects needing delay assessment, gap analysis, and development of project controls and corresponding schedules. With her robust experience in monitoring and managing complex domestic and international projects, Suzie has exemplified her skills and expertise in cost engineering, claims analysis, contract administration, and procurement.
