Kjell-Erick Carlson is a Managing Director at Peritia Partners and leads the firm’s Atlanta office. With more than 30 years of experience in the architecture, construction, and dispute resolution industries, he provides strategic guidance on complex construction projects and claims throughout the United States. Mr. Carlson specializes in construction disputes, forensic schedule analysis, delay and productivity assessments, claims evaluation, litigation support, and alternative dispute resolution. His background in architecture and construction management allows him to evaluate project challenges from both design and construction perspectives, helping clients navigate complex project and dispute-related matters with clarity and confidence.

Mr. Carlson has extensive experience working with owners, contractors, design professionals, consultants, and government agencies across a wide range of sectors, including multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, senior living, commercial, institutional, municipal, aerospace, and residential developments. He currently serves as Managing Director and Business Unit Leader of Peritia Partners’ Atlanta office. Prior to joining Peritia Partners, he held senior leadership positions with SOCOTEC, including Managing Director, Director, and Senior Project Manager. Earlier in his career, he founded and operated Kjellerick & Associates, LLC, serving as an Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager on numerous projects. His professional background also includes project management, contract administration, and architectural roles with leading architecture and construction firms.

Jesus has more than 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. He has expertise in proactive and forensic project controls including project assessment and management, cost estimating, project planning, and scheduling. Jesus has worked with law firms, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and insurance carriers, and has provided analysis and testimony in arbitration and court proceedings relating to construction disputes involving the quantification of damages, cost of repair, changed work, delay, disruption, and productivity issues.

37+ years of project management experience in diverse industries gaining expertise in cost/schedule development, analysis, and managing internal/external interfaces. Suzie Gragg has over 37 years of project management, project controls, estimating, and conceptual engineering experience in upstream (onshore and offshore) drilling and facilities, petrochemical, LNG facilities, natural gas transmission pipelines, power generation, and telecommunication industries. She has been instrumental in construction projects needing delay assessment, gap analysis, and development of project controls and corresponding schedules. With her robust experience in monitoring and managing complex domestic and international projects, Suzie has exemplified her skills and expertise in cost engineering, claims analysis, contract administration, and procurement.

Her technical expertise includes contract management, procurement, and team member training. Cara’s vast project experience with healthcare facilities, federal needs, offices, hotels, and residential mixed-use buildings has allowed her to expand her skills in developing and managing scopes of work, punch lists, developing schedules, and analyzing documents and proposals.
