2026 marked an important year of growth as Peritia Partners expanded its presence into new markets. One of the year’s most significant achievements was the opening of our new office in Atlanta, Georgia, strengthening our ability to serve clients throughout the Southeastern United States. The office is supported by the leadership and expertise of Kjell-Erick Carlson, whose extensive experience in construction management, project delivery, and dispute resolution enhances our capabilities in the region. We also established a new office in Monterrey, Mexico, expanding our reach into Latin America and creating new opportunities to support clients on regional and cross-border projects. This new location further reinforces Peritia’s commitment to providing responsive, local support backed by industry-leading expertise. Mark A. Martinez, Insurance Claims Leader
We were pleased to welcome Mark A. Martinez, an accomplished building consulting and insurance claims professional with more than two decades of experience in large-loss property claims, forensic damage assessments, construction consulting, and dispute resolution. His expertise significantly expands Peritia’s capabilities in the insurance and risk sectors.

A major milestone this year was the introduction of Peritia’s new Insurance Claims practice. This strategic expansion was made possible through the addition of Mark A. Martinez and reflects our commitment to meeting evolving client needs. The new practice focuses on large-loss property claims, forensic damage assessments, claims consulting, restoration advisory services, and dispute support for insurers, attorneys, property owners, and risk professionals.
