Mark A. Martinez is an accomplished insurance claims and building consulting professional with more than two decades of experience specializing in large-loss property claims, forensic damage assessments, construction consulting, and dispute resolution. He provides strategic guidance on complex commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, municipal, and residential property losses, helping clients navigate challenging claims and recovery efforts. 

Mark’s expertise includes forensic investigations, damage assessments, cost estimating, appraisals, litigation support, expert witness consulting, builder’s risk claims, construction defect analysis, and catastrophe-related losses. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed high-value claims and consulting assignments, delivering objective, defensible analyses that support informed decision-making and dispute resolution. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Business Management & Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Marketing from Tulane University. Mark is also a Haag Certified Reviewer, Haag Certified Commercial and Residential Inspector, and a licensed Texas All-Lines Adjuster. His combination of technical expertise, leadership, and industry knowledge makes him a trusted advisor in the evaluation and resolution of complex property and construction-related claims.

Jesus has more than 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. He has expertise in proactive and forensic project controls including project assessment and management, cost estimating, project planning, and scheduling. Jesus has worked with law firms, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and insurance carriers, and has provided analysis and testimony in arbitration and court proceedings relating to construction disputes involving the quantification of damages, cost of repair, changed work, delay, disruption, and productivity issues.

Suzie Gragg has over 37 years of project management, project controls, estimating, and conceptual engineering experience in upstream (onshore and offshore) drilling and facilities, petrochemical, LNG facilities, natural gas transmission pipelines, power generation, and telecommunication industries. She has been instrumental in construction projects needing delay assessment, gap analysis, and development of project controls and corresponding schedules. With her robust experience in monitoring and managing complex domestic and international projects, Suzie has exemplified her skills and expertise in cost engineering, claims analysis, contract administration, and procurement.
